Lock Tech Supply's return policy allows returns, with no restocking fee, for up to 90 days. Customer pays return shipping unless there is an error or defect in our products in which case we will issue a prepaid return label. Lock Tech Supply offers 100% credit (less return shipping if Lock Tech Supply provided return label) for returned branded items ("major chain") for purchase of other branded items. Printed items can be returned up to 12 months after purchase as long as the artwork requirements for the hotel have not changed. This is helpful when a hotel is changing it's brand or "flag". Customer must pay return shipping and cash refunds will not be given.
